400 Bad Request, Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand

I am getting the following apache 400 error:
"Bad Request, Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand"

This is usually caused by the cookie reaching the limit size.
It happens when a script put more information in the cookie than it is allowed by the browser or server.
You can fix this simply by clearing the browser cache/cookie.
